Nice clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Location is easy to get to

Stayed for a night in Durango , this hotel looks very clean and new from the pictures and the price was decent for a quick stay in this area. The room was very clean, which is 2 and the bed was comfortable. Towels are very thin. We didn’t try the breakfast. Elevator was down but the front desk staff carry our large luggage to 3rd floor. We didn’t mind the flight of stairs up and down.

Our room was very clean, workers were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good , good stay!

My wife and I spent three nights here while visiting our son and his fiancée. Located off the 160 West within walking distance of a Wal-Mart Supercenter and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown. There is a Dunkin Donuts next door. This Sleep Inn is attached to another hotel, MainStay Suites. Both are modern and look attractive both inside and out. They share check-in services. Our experience with the front staff was good. Of special note was allowing us to check in at 12:30 at no extra charge. We really appreciated that. Our 3rd floor room was clean and spacious. Though right next to the elevator, I didn’t notice any noise. The elevator smelled like oil and had annoying habit of never fully closing on the first attempt. The ice machine on our floor was broken. Bathroom fan was weak, shower pressure low, equipped with desk, mini fridge, hair dryer, microwave, iron and board. Beds were not comfortable but plenty of pillows provided. AC worked well. The complimentary breakfast is your usual fare: scrambled eggs, [wafer thin] bacon or sausage, cereal, waffles, pastries and bagels, and, of course, coffee. Like so many hotels, the eggs were watery. Not spectacular but filling. One thing I didn’t like was that we did to receive housekeeping services until after our second night and we had to go down to get extra towels instead of having them brought up to us. That is not the service that I’m used to and surprised me. Reminded me of hotel housekeeping during the COVID era. There is plenty of free parking. All in all, we had a nice stay.

We loved this hotel! We had a great stay here. When we arrived, we were told that we were receiving an upgrade because we were Choice Members. So, they upgraded our room to a suite. We had just booked a standard room so this was a wonderful surprise! The room was very spacious with a couch sitting area and a kitchette and a full size refrigerator. It was perfect for our needs! The beds and pillows were so comfortable!! The front staff were very friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful experience here and were extremely happy with the accomodations! When we come back to Durango we will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel!

Not bad, this Southern don't do no fake bacon and eggs for breakfast. Me has to have real Hog and Chicken as God intended. Other than that, the people are super friendly that work there. I always slept pretty good. Never really heard too much from anyone else. You might hear our kid giggle or run here and there but they're just kids. It's no big deal. Other than that I liked it. I stay there when I'm working in Durango. I can't complain

Good clean, modern rooms. The king bed was comfortable. Full size shampoo, conditioner and lotion for in room use. Breakfast was great, waffles, bacon and eggs. Next time we'll check out the pool and hot tub.

I enjoyed my two night stay and will likely return if I'm in the area again. My room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. While not located in downtown Durango, I felt the location worked out quite nicely for my needs: easy to park, easy to set out on highway day trips, and an easily reached nearby gas station and Walmart to top off supplies. It seemed like a good neighborhood and I felt that my car was secure. Good selection of breakfast items like scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, etc. On the fairly minor side of things: the upholstered chair in the room was not comfortable to sit in, and there is some early morning road noise that ramps up around 6am. While not that loud, it could wake you up a little earlier than planned.
